Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-05
These terms govern the use of Innoweb Social, a tool operated by Innoweb, Comércio e Prestação de Serviços, Lda. to plan, publish and analyse social media content for its clients. Access is by invitation only. By signing in you accept these terms.
1. The service
Innoweb Social lets Innoweb's team and authorised client representatives schedule posts, publish them to connected social accounts, approve content and view analytics and reports. Features depend on the approvals each platform grants to the app and may change.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are personal. Keep your password confidential and tell us at contact@innoweb.agency if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Innoweb assigns roles (Owner, Manager, Editor, Client) and decides which brands each person can access.
3. Connecting social accounts
- You may only connect accounts you are authorised to manage for the brand concerned (for LinkedIn, you must be an administrator of the page).
- Use of each platform remains subject to its own terms, including the Meta Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, LinkedIn User Agreement, YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
- You can disconnect an account at any time; its access tokens are deleted immediately.
4. Content
- The client owns the content created for its brand. The client authorises Innoweb to publish approved content on its behalf on the connected accounts.
- You must have the rights to all text, images, video and music you upload, and content must follow each platform's community guidelines and advertising/branded-content rules.
- Paid partnerships and promotional content must be disclosed using the platform's disclosure options in the composer.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to post unlawful, misleading or infringing content, to send spam, to scrape data, or to try to access other brands' data.
6. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but publishing depends on third-party platforms that may reject, delay or change content. We notify you when a post fails so it can be retried. Scheduled posts are not guaranteed if a platform revokes access.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Innoweb is not liable for indirect losses or for actions taken by third-party platforms.
8. Termination and data
Innoweb may suspend access that breaches these terms. When a client relationship ends, the client's connected accounts are disconnected and their data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy and on the data deletion page.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Angola. Disputes are settled by the courts of Luanda, Angola, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data protection rules of the user's country.
